GRF formalized its women’s initiative and created Women on the Move in 2019 to promote gender parity at all levels of the organization. The program’s mission is to educate, connect, and empower with the goal of developing women leaders.

In reality, the firm’s women leaders were already holding informal mentoring sessions and supporting the careers of young women for many years.
With Women on the Move, GRF made a leap toward increasing awareness of the benefits of diverse leadership with a structured format for sharing success stories as well as the barriers women experience in their careers.
Among GRF’s 24 partners and principals, nine are women. An additional 27 women serve as supervisors, managers, and directors at the firm. For more information about the women who comprise GRF’s leadership team, visit our leadership page.

Although one of the primary goals of the program is to increase retention and advancement of women leaders within the firm, the group also has fun!
